Es gibt viele Möglichkeiten, Aha-Momente zu bewirken. Lernspiele eignen sich sehr gut, um bevorzugte Verhaltensweisen und Einstellungen zu spiegeln, Gruppendynamik zu erleben und Neues gefahrlos zu probieren. In jedem Fall kann eine Gruppe das gemeinsam Erfahrene reflektieren und so zukünftige Verbesserungen initiieren.

Ich arbeite als Business Moderator für Profit- und Non-Profit-Organisationen.

I offer my sessions on facilitation skills, serious games, strategy and synergy development with the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® method in German and English.

An der Universität St.Gallen (HSG) und der School of International Business and Entrepreneurship (SIBE) habe ich die Career Center mit aufgebaut. Seit 2010 bin ich selbstständiger Facilitator.
