Meetings are one of the TOP3 stress factors in the everyday working life: Let’s change this! Designing and facilitating meetings, workshops and trainings in an appealing, "brain-friendly" and interactive way is an essential prerequisite for participants to reflect on their own behavior, try out new behaviors and (want to) apply them in their everyday life. Sharon L. Bowman's "Training from the BACK of the Room! (TBR)" course is one of the most popular train-the-trainer resources for trainers, Scrum masters and agile coaches worldwide.

The two-day interactive "Training from the BACK of the Room! (TBR)" Practitioner Course is regularly offered by Julian Kea in English and German.
During this course participants use content-independent, brain-based interactive strategies and six promising learning principles (also known as "6 Trumps"). Participants experience many short learning activities that are easy to implement and identify principles of brain research in practice. They design their own training session using the 4C Instructional Design Model and use a whole range of helpful trainer tricks.
Julian Kea was certified as a certified trainer for "Training from the BACK of the Room"! (TBR-CT) in 2016 by Sharon Bowman in London (UK). In 2020 he developed the virtual edition of this course together with Sharon Bowman and an international team of certified TBR trainers.
There are many ways to trigger aha-moments. Serious games are excellent for mirroring preferred behaviors, making group dynamics experienceable and they offer a safe environment to put new things to the test. In any case, a group can reflect on what they have collectively experienced and thus initiate future improvements.
With the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® method, teams develop possible answers with playful ease, simulate future conditions and scenarios. 3D models provide highly detailed answers to complex questions.
Weekly greetings from your expert group. Learning sessions of up to two hours with immediately applicable techniques are usually better integrated into a dynamic working day than training sessions of several days. The topics range from TBR’s brain-based principles and effective online meetings, DiSG®, to sketching, stakeholder analysis, objection handling and the use of the iPad®.
Micro learning sessions are ideally delivered in small groups of up to 8 participants to keep everyone actively involved.
