With LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY®, teams explore possible answers by building 3D models and telling the story behind them. They simulate future situations and scenarios, and the models carry details that a discussion would lose. In this “model and metaphor meeting”, every participant contributes at the same time.
Typical topics. Strategy and guiding principles · team alignment and synergy · lessons from the past · scenarios for the future.

I have facilitated LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® workshops since 2014 and was trained by Robert Rasmussen and Per Kristiansen. In 2015 I founded Germany’s the first LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® meetup in Berlin. Over ten years it held more than 50 meetings and grew to more than 950 practitioners; it closed in September 2025. My clients come from consulting, education, research, banking, aviation, mobility and e-commerce.
